When do I get a tracking number?
Once packed and handed to the courier. You’ll get an email + SMS with a live link. Until then, status shows as Processing / Packing.
Delivery is delayed?
Call us — we’ll chase the courier and, if needed, arrange priority redelivery. Emergency NHS orders are escalated for same-day dispatch.
Change delivery address?
If not yet shipped, we can update it instantly. After dispatch, we’ll coordinate a courier redirect — contact us with the new address.
